Charlie Bravo Aviation is a Texas-based aircraft dealer with over 650 successful transactions within 44 different countries.

President and CEO Curt Banglesdorf has more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry.  His father began the family legacy of aviation as a corporate pilot for Nationwide Insurance, logging 31,500 hours.  His wife of 30 years, Rene, was co-founder of Charlie Bravo Aviation and now runs an executive coaching firm, The Aviation Collective.  She is a private pilot, aircraft owner and in 2020 was appointed to the FAA’s Women in Aviation Advisory Board.”  His son Jake is an aircraft auctioneer, daughter Brooke a corporate pilot and son-in-law Matthew an A&P technician.

Back in the 90’s, Curt sold advertising for Avionics Magazine where he learned of the fascinating business of pre-owned aircraft sales. He began working as a researcher at Gantt Aviation in 2002. Within a year, he was the company’s leading salesman and promoted to Director of Jet Sales. In 2008, he started Charlie Bravo Aviation with René and has continued his success, increasing his expertise to include heavier iron, turboprops and more international deals.

In his spare time, Curt enjoys serving at his church, racing cars and working on his golf game.
