Phil Jordan has more than 35 years of general aviation and business aviation experience. His expansive record includes positions of increasing skills and responsibilities, beginning as commercial pilot and flight instructor, growing into skilled service roles as an aviation insurance specialist and aircraft sales specialist, and then on to more entrepreneurial endeavors as a multiple platform business owner encompassing FBO, MRO, charter management, and flight school units.

Phil was recruited to serve as VP and general manager of Tempus Aircraft, then the Pilatus and Piper dealership for the Southwest US. Under his direction the business grew quickly and profitably, earning honors and recognition as the number one Pilatus dealership in the world for two consecutive years.

Prior to his time with Tempus, Phil served in an executive role directing the sales programs of the company and as a member of the board of directors of Business Air and Jet Works Air Center. He founded Business Air in 1997, which grew from an aircraft sales base to include aircraft charter, aircraft management and FBO operations. With a partner, sister company Jet Works Air Center was formed in 2006 to provide paint and interior refurbishment, later expanding, through acquisition, to include jet and turboprop maintenance; the businesses were sold in 2012 and 2014.

Phil spent five years in the flight training industry with American Flyers both in management positions and performing as an instructor. Driven by his passion for aviation and his degree in insurance and risk management he was an integral member of a successful aviation insurance practice. Building on the relationships and achievements in the insurance field, Phil was invited to join a pre-owned aircraft sales company specifically focused on turbine business aircraft where he his aviation expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction gave seed to compounding successes over nearly three decades of corporate aircraft sales efforts.
